Babol ( fa, بابل, , known as "Orange Blossom City" , also Romanized as Bābol; formerly known as Barfrouch) is the capital of Babol County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. Mohsen Pirhadi ( fa, محسن پیرهادی) (born in 1980 in Tehran), is one of the representatives of the people of Tehran in the Islamic Consultative Assembly who is an observer and member of the presidium of the 11th parliament and the managing director of Resalat newspaper. This Iranian Shia Twelver principlist representative was a member and secretary (member of the board) of the fourth term of Tehran City Council (2013-2017), which was on the list of "settlers of Islamic Iran" in the elections of this term. Morteza Aghatehrani ( fa, مرتضی آقاتهرانی) is an Iranian Shia cleric and Iranian Principlists, conservative politician. He was former secretary-general of the Front of Islamic Revolution Stability, and represented Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat and Eslamshahr in the Parliament of Iran from 2008 to 2016. A ''protégé'' of Mohammad Taqi Mesbah Yazdi, he was the "Morality in Islam, morality teacher" of the cabinet of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Aghatehrani he was formerly Imam of 'Islamic Institute of New York', a Shia mosque located in New York City.
