Mahibere Degue
Mahibere Degue (), also transliterated as Mahbere Dego is a historical town in Tigray regional state, Ethiopia. It is located 12.5 km south of the city of Axum. The town is known for its church, Enda Tsadkan ("Home of the Saints"), which is a popular tourist attraction. Residents of the town engage in trade and agricultural activities in the surrounding villages. Siwa, a tasty local drink, is a favourite, and is a popular commodity. The Tigray War; ; . was an armed conflict that lasted from 3 November 2020 to 3 November 2022. Ethiopian National Defense Force
The Ethiopian National Defense Force (ENDF) ( am, የኢፌዲሪ መከላከያ ሠራዊት, Ye’īfēdērī mekelakeya šerawīt, lit=FDRE Defense Force) is the military force of Ethiopia. Siwa (beer)
Siwa (or Suwa) ( ti, ሰዋ, translit=säwa), Amharic: ጠላ, is a beer originating from Tigray. Traditionally home-brewed, ''siwa'' remains locally popular during social events, after (manual) work, and as an incentive for farmers and labourers. Agriculture
