''Magnolia'' is the debut studio album by American rock band Turnover. Release On March 1, 2013, ''Magnolia'' was announced for release the following month. Alongside this, "Bloom" was made available for streaming, and the album's track listing was revealed. Following this, they embarked on a two-week tour with Diamond Youth and PJ Bond. On March 22, a music video was released for "Most of the Time", filmed by Alex Henery. In April, the group went on a two-week tour with Hostage Calm and The World Is.... ''Magnolia'' was premiered through '' Alternative Press'' website on April 11, leading up to its release on April 16 through Run for Cover Records. Turnover (band)
Turnover is an American rock band from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Formed in 2009, the band is signed with the Run for Cover Records label. Turnover has released five albums, two EPs and a handful of singles. History Turnover began in 2009, originally consisting of vocalist Austin Getz, backing vocalist/rhythm guitarist Kyle Kojan, lead guitarist Alex Dimaiuat, bassist Danny Dempsey and drummer Casey Getz. In 2011, the group released their debut E.P. ''Turnover'' on Broken Rim Records. In 2012, they released a split single with Citizen, and signed to Run for Cover Records. Hostage Calm was an American punk rock band from Wallingford, Connecticut, United States, formed in 2007. Hostage Calm released two extended plays, four full-length albums, and a split with punk band Anti-Flag. The band announced their breakup on October 8, 2014, and played their last show on March 6, 2015. I Am the Avalanche is an American punk rock band from Brooklyn, New York. The group's name comes from a lyric written by Vinnie Caruana for a song which was later discarded. The phrase also appears in the poem ''"Oh, Immobility, Death's Vast Associate"'' by Stephen Dobyns; however, Caruana maintains that this is a coincidence, and that he was not aware of the poem until after naming the band. Such Gold is an American punk rock band from Rochester, New York, United States, currently consisting of Ben Kotin on guitar and vocals, Nate Derby on guitar, Jon Markson on bass and vocals and Matt Covey on drums. Have Mercy is an American rock band from Baltimore, Maryland and are signed to RUDE RECORDS. History Have Mercy began in late 2009 after drummer Aaron Alt and guitarist Joey McCusker decided to disembark from their previous band. Looking for something different, following their formative years in the metal scene, they contacted long time friend Brian Swindle to head the group. Since then, they have released three albums, two EPs, and two splits. Their debut album, titled ''The Earth Pushed Back'', was released in 2013 via Topshelf Records. Koji (born Andrew Koji Shiraki, February 12, 1987, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States) is an American songwriter and activist. They signed with Run For Cover Records in August 2010 where they released a live EP entitled, Spring Song Vol. 1 and their critically acclaimed full band EP, Some Small Way. In October 2010, Koji released their first of two split releases on No Sleep Records, ''IIOI/KOJI''. In 2011, Koji was named one of Alternative Press's "100 Bands do You Need to Know. " Never Come Undone, was released on No Sleep Records. Since 2010, Koji has toured and performed with a wide range of artists that have included Into It. Over It., La Dispute, Never Shout Never, Code Orange Kids and also played the entirety of Warped Tour 2012. PJ Bond is an American singer and songwriter. He released a full-length solo album, ''You Didn't Know I Was Alphabetical'', in 2009. He has also released a split album – ''Brother Bones / Baby Bones'' (2012) – with his brother, Brian, and two extended plays (EPs), ''April 22: Vienna, Austria'' and ''Ten Degrees and the Floor'', both in 2011. Pop punk (or punk pop) is a rock music genre that combines elements of punk rock with power pop or pop.
