Magiquest
MagiQuest is an interactive attraction in the form of a live action role-playing game where players take the role of magic users. The game takes place in dedicated MagiQuest locations. Players, known as Magi, use an infrared (IR) emitting wand to interact with objects. These objects are scattered throughout MagiQuest locations. By waving and pointing the wand at an object, referred to as "casting" in game, a player "activates" an object. For example, pointing a wand at a treasure chest will cause the chest to open, awarding an amount of gold to a player's account. At some locations, there are additional items available for purchase, which unlock secret areas or allow a player to go on added quests. Six Flags Great America is a amusement park located in Gurnee, Illinois, within the northern Chicago metropolitan area. The amusement park originally opened as Marriott's Great America on May 29, 1976, as one of two theme parks built by the Marriott Corporation. Candice Night (born May 8, 1971) is an American singer and musician. She has been the vocalist/lyricist and multi-instrumentalist for the traditional folk rock project Blackmore's Night since its origins in 1997 with her husband, guitarist Ritchie Blackmore. She is also the backing vocalist for Rainbow from 1994–1997 and 2015–present, again with Blackmore. Her first solo album, '' Reflections'', was released in 2011. Radio-frequency identification (RFID) uses electromagnetic fields to automatically identify and track tags attached to objects. An RFID system consists of a tiny radio transponder, a radio receiver and transmitter.
