Magic To Win
''Magic to Win'' (Chinese: 開心魔法, meaning "Happy Magic") is a 2011 Hong Kong film directed by Wilson Yip. The film stars Wu Chun, Karena Ng, Raymond Wong, Wu Jing and Louis Koo. It is a sixth installment of the ''Happy Ghost'' film franchise, but a completely different version of the story. Plot The world consists of five elements: gold, wood, water, fire and earth. In the wizard world of "Magic to Win", the story also revolves around the "Five Element Wizardry", portraying a story that surpasses our imagination. Kang Sengui (Raymond Wong), a university professor, is the Water Magician of "Five Elements Wizardry". Although he uses magic spells in his daily life, his superpower remains a secret. By accident, his power is transmitted to his student, Macy (Karena), who recklessly uses her newfound powers for personal gain and money-making. Wilson Yip
Wilson Yip Wai-Shun (; born 1964) is a Hong Kong actor, filmmaker and screenwriter. His films include ''Bio Zombie'', '' The White Dragon'', '' SPL: Sha Po Lang'', ''Dragon Tiger Gate'', ''Flash Point'' and the ''Ip Man'' series. Early career A film buff at an early age, Yip went to the cinema whenever he could and often wrote reviews on the backs of ticket stubs. He entered the movie business in the 1980s, starting out as a "gofer" and working his way up to assistant director. His directorial debut was ''01.00 AM'', a three-segment horror compendium. Raymond Wong Pak-ming (Chinese: 黃百鳴, born 8 April 1946; sometimes transliterated as Raymond Wong Bak-ming) is a Hong Kong film producer, playwright, director and actor. He is one of the most successful producers in Hong Kong cinema, having been one of the comedians to establish Cinema City Studios in 1980. Louis Koo Tin-lok ( zh, t=古天樂; born 21 October 1970) is a Hong Kong actor, singer and film producer. He began his professional career as an actor in local television series, winning TVB's Best Actor award in 1999 and 2001.
