Gajanayake Arachchige Madhumadhawa Aravinda Siriwardana, (), better known as Madhumadhawa Aravinda, is a Sri Lankan singer, actor, journalist and a politician. He is also a past president of the Sri Lankan Singers Association. Personal life Coming from a family of artists, Aravinda's father Sunil Siriwardana is a musician in Sri Lanka. His mother Susiri Siriwardena also a lyricist. His younger brother Dananjaya Siriwardana is also a popular actor in television and cinema. He was married to popular actress Nilmini Tennakoon, and they have one daughter Shvetha Mandakini Siriwardana. He met Nilmini during the teledrama ''Pini Bindu'' in 1992. Kandy ( si, මහනුවර ''Mahanuwara'', ; ta, கண்டி Kandy, ) is a major city in Sri Lanka located in the Central Province. It was the last capital of the ancient kings' era of Sri Lanka. Lieutenant Colonel Nandasena Gotabaya Rajapaksa ( si, නන්දසේන ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ; ta, நந்தசேன கோட்டாபய ராஜபக்ஷ; born 20 June 1949) is a former Sri Lankan military officer and politician, who served as the eighth President of Sri Lanka from 18 November 2019 until his resignation on 14 July 2022. ''Aba'' is a 2008 Sinhalese film directed by Jackson Anthony and co-produced by Justin Belagamage and Rajindra Jayasinghe for Chandrakini Creations. The title is derived from ''Pandu Aba'', another name for the title character. Anthony’s son, Sajitha Anthony, portrays Pandukabhaya. Malani Bulathsinhala (12 December 1949 - 29 March 2001: si, මාලනී බුලත්සිංහල) was a Sri Lankan singer. She began her musical career at age 10 with the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation. Personal life Bulathsinhala was born on 12 December 1949, in Boralesgamuwa, the oldest child of Wilson and P. K. Bulathsinhala. She had two siblings, a brother, Sireshan, and sister, Sandhya. She completed her education at the Papiliyana Beacon School for Girls. She also served as Assistant Director of Education in the western Sri Lankan province of Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte. She married fellow musician Hearth Muidiyanselage Jayawardena on 30 December 1978, and was the mother of musician Kasun Kalhara. The first four seasons were inspired by the program called American Idol an American singing competition series, the fifth and sixth seasons are similar to The Voice.
