Madeleine Randel Gates (born 30 October 1998, Laguna Hills, California) is an American volleyball player, currently playing center for Dresdner 1898. Career Madeleine Gates' volleyball career began in Californian school tournaments, playing for La Jolla High School. After graduating, she played at the university level in the NCAA Division I, as part of UCLA Bruins from 2016 to 2018, before moving to the Stanford Cardinal The Stanford Cardinal are the athletic teams that represent Stanford University. As of June, 2022, Stanford's program has won 131 NCAA team championships. German Women's Volleyball League
The German Women's volleyball League or in ( German : Volleyball-Bundesliga der Frauen ) is the highest division in German women's volleyball. The German champion has been determined in this competition since the 1976/77 season. Current mode The women's Bundesliga is made up of 11 teams in the 2018/19 season. The last placed teams after the main round descends into the second division . The teams in the first eight places are qualified for the playoffs. Except for the playoff final ( best-of-five mode ), all games were first played in best-of-three mode . In the season 2018/19 the first time the semi-finals in the best-of-five mode was held. Stanford Cardinal Women's Volleyball
The Stanford Cardinal women's volleyball team represents Stanford University in the Pac-12 Conference. They are currently led by head coach Kevin Hambly and play their home games at Maples Pavilion. The team has won nine NCAA national championships, the most of all time, and 21 regular season conference titles. They have finished as national runner-up eight times and appeared in the first 39 NCAA tournaments, failing to qualify for the postseason for the first time during the 2020–2021 season. In January 2017, John Dunning retired as head coach of Stanford volleyball. The school named Kevin Hambly as the new head coach. Hambly came from the University of Illinois and 2017 was his first season with the Cardinal.
