''Made in the Pyrex'' (abbreviated as ''MITP'') is the second commercial mixtape by British rapper Digga D. It was released on 26 February 2021 by CGM. It features guest appearances from AJ Tracey, M1llionz, Sav'o and ZK. Singles and promotion In 2 July 2020, Digga D released the single "Woi", which gained widespread recognition worldwide. On 15 October 2020, the follow-up single was released titled "Chingy (It's Whatever)". On 4 February 2021, the single " Bringing It Back" with AJ Tracey was released. The song topped the UK's Official Trending Chart and debuted at number 5 on the UK Singles Chart. On 14 February, the single "Toxic" was released. He also revealed the tracklist of the mixtape on 19 February 2021. On 25 February, the music video for the single "Bluuwuu" was released. Digga D
Rhys Angelo Emile Herbert (born 29 June 2000), known professionally as Digga D, is a British rapper and director. He had multiple singles that have been placed in the UK Singles Chart; his mixtape albums '' Double Tap Diaries'' and '' Made In The Pyrex'', reached No. 11 and 3 on the UK Albums Chart, respectively. His third mixtape, ''Noughty By Nature'' was released on 15 April 2022, debuting at number one on the UK Albums Chart. He gained recognition as part of the UK drill collective 1011 which was later renamed to CGM. He is considered to be one of the pioneers of the UK drill scene. He is the founder of his current record label, Black Money Records (BMR) and managed by Groundworks. MOBO Awards
The MOBO Awards (Music of Black Origin, also known as the MOBOs) are an annual British music award presentation honouring achievements in " music of black origin", including hip hop, grime, UK Drill, R&B, soul, reggae, jazz, gospel, and African music. The MOBO Organisation was founded by Kanya King, and the first MOBO award was presented to Baby D, in the Best Dance Act category. British hip hop, also known as UK hip hop or UK rap, is a genre of music, and a culture that covers a variety of styles of hip hop music made in the United Kingdom.
