Mackena Bell
__NOTOC__ Mackena Bell (born June 9, 1990) is an American professional stock car racing driver. She drove the No. 23 Rick Ware Racing Chevrolet for one race in the NASCAR Nationwide Series in 2014. She was also a graduate of NASCAR Drive for Diversity. Racing career Early years Bell started racing go-karts at age five, moved up to Legend cars at age fourteen, and started racing late models at eighteen. K&N Pro Series East As part of the Drive for Diversity program in NASCAR, Bell competed in six races in 2010, failing to finish four and recording a best finish of eighteenth, at Martinsville Speedway. In 2013, running the whole season for Max Siegel, she recorded two top-five finishes and failed to finish only two of the fourteen races. In 2014, she crashed out of two races and recorded only one top ten finish. She did not return to the series in 2015. History The race was broadcast in the United States on NASCAR on ESPN, ESPN until 2015, when the race moved to NASCAR on Fox, Fox. The Alsco Uniforms 300 is an annual 300-mile (482.803 km) NASCAR Xfinity Series race held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina during Memorial Day weekend as a support race for the Coca-Cola 600. The race's origins trace back to 1978, when a it was a NASCAR Late Model Sportsman Series race was held the day before the World 600. In 1982 it became a Busch Series race. The race celebrated its 40th running in 2018, and is considered one of the more popular races on the Xfinity Series schedule. From its inception in 1992 through 1996, the race was held in the summer, as a support race to the Alabama 500. When that race moved to the fall, this race moved to the spring as a support race to the corresponding Cup race. Large wrecks involving 20 or more cars have occurred a number of times in the history of the event, most notably in 2002, when 30 cars were involved in an accident on the backstretch on lap 14, with 19 of them knocked out at that point. The ToyotaCare 250 is a NASCAR Xfinity Series race that takes place at Richmond Raceway in Richmond, Virginia. The race was first held during the inaugural season for the Xfinity Series in 1982 as a 150-lap event. The race was removed from the schedule after 1984. It returned to the series starting in 1990 as a 200 lap race. It was expanded to 250 lap distance in 1994. In 2016, as part of an overhauling of the Richmond spring race weekend, including the new Dash4Cash format, the total of 210-laps and had two 35-lap heat races and a 140-lap feature. Stock car racing events in the NASCAR Xfinity Series has been held at Darlington Raceway in Darlington, South Carolina since the series' inaugural season in 1982.
