Macho Harris
Victor "Macho" Harris, Jr. (born February 16, 1986) is a former Canadian football defensive back. He recently played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Virginia Tech and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round of the 2009 NFL Draft. Harris went on to play for the Washington Redskins and the Pittsburgh Steelers before signing with the Saskatchewan Roughriders on April 18, 2012. Early years Victor "Macho" Harris earned All-District, All-Region, All-Metro, All-State, Parade All-American, and U.S Army All-American Honors while playing Running Back, Kick Returner, Punt Returner, and Safety at Highland Springs High School in Highland Springs, Virginia. The Virginia Tech Hokies football team represents Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in the sport of American football. The Hokies compete in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Coastal Division of the Atlantic Coast Conference. 2009 NFL Draft
The 2009 NFL Draft was the seventy-fourth annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible football players. The draft took place at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, New York, on April 25 and 26, 2009. The draft consisted of two rounds on the first day, starting at 4:00 pm EDT, and five rounds on the second day, starting at 10:00 am EDT. To compensate for the time change from the previous year and in an effort to help shorten the draft, teams were no longer on the clock for 15 minutes in the first round and 10 minutes in the second round. Sean Jones (born March 2, 1982) is a former American football safety. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the second round of the 2004 NFL Draft and also played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played college football at Georgia. Quintin Demps
Quintin Lamon Demps (born June 29, 1985) is an American football coach and former safety, who is the current head football coach of the Judson Eagles. He played college football at Texas-El Paso, and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. Demps has also been a member of the Hartford Colonials, Houston Texans, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants and Chicago Bears. Early years Demps was born in San Antonio, Texas. The National Football League Draft, also called the NFL Draft or (officially) the Player Selection Meeting, is an annual event which serves as the league's most common source of player recruitment. Each team is given a position in the drafting order in reverse order relative to its record in the previous year, which means that the last place team is positioned first and the Super Bowl champion is last.
