''Macabre Cadaver Magazine'' was an American online horror, fantasy and science fiction magazine. Macabre Cadaver published short fiction, poetry, and non-fiction articles. ''Macabre Cadaver Magazine'' was produced by Stark Raven Press and was available as an online webzine available in PDF and HTML format. Macabre Cadaver released only two print issues (#6 and #7) before placing print runs on indefinite hiatus on May 1, 2009. A final print issue (Spring 2011 Issue #10) was released before the online website was shuttered in May, 2011. ''Just After Sunset'' is the fifth collection of short stories by Stephen King. It was released in hardcover by Scribner on November 11, 2008, and features a holographic dust jacket. On February 6, 2008, the author's official website revealed the title of the collection to be ''Just Past Sunset''. About a month later, the title was subtly changed to ''Just After Sunset''. Previous titles mentioned in the media by Stephen King himself were ''Pocket Rockets'' and ''Unnatural Acts of Human Intercourse''. Five Finger Death Punch
Five Finger Death Punch, also abbreviated as 5FDP or FFDP, is an American heavy metal band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2005. The band originally consisted of vocalist and keyboardist Ivan Moody, rhythm guitarist Zoltan Bathory, lead guitarist Caleb Andrew Bingham, bassist Matt Snell, and drummer Jeremy Spencer. Bingham was replaced by guitarist Darrell Roberts in 2006, who was then replaced by Jason Hook in 2009. Bassist Matt Snell departed from the band in 2010, and was replaced by Chris Kael in 2011. Spencer then departed the band in 2018 due to recurring back issues, and was replaced by Charlie Engen, making rhythm guitarist Bathory the only remaining founding member of the band. In October 2020, British guitarist Andy James became the band's lead guitarist, replacing Jason Hook. Jason Hook (born Thomas Jason Grinstead) is a Canadian guitarist, best known as the former lead guitarist of the Heavy metal music, heavy metal band Five Finger Death Punch. Early life Born in Toronto, Ontario, Hook started his music career at the age of six in nearby Oakville, Ontario, Oakville with private guitar lessons. His early experience in formal music training also included drums, piano and violin. Career Hook spent many years in Canada honing his craft and was eventually signed to Elektra Records, Elektra with his band No Love Lost. The band recorded an album with producer Beau Hill in Los Angeles but the disc never saw the light of day. Now, on his own in Los Angeles as a session musician, Hook took a stint in the hard rock band BulletBoys.
