Mabo Livorno
Pallacanestro Don Bosco Livorno, founded in 1996, is a professional Italian basketball club from the town of Livorno, Tuscany, playing in the Serie C (third division) as of June 2015. Formerly a youth section of Basket Livorno, Don Bosco has gone on to be the organisation's flagship team. Basket Livorno - founded in 1947 - was formerly in the top division, the 2006-07 season was its last in the Serie A before financial problems and irregularities led to the demise of the club in 2009 (as a sports club) and 2014 (as a company). Tellis Joseph Frank Jr. (born April 26, 1965) is an American former professional basketball player and former assistant coach for the Atlanta Dream of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). Ken Barlow (basketball)
Kenneth Barlow (born September 20, 1964) is an American former professional basketball player. Barlow graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana. Early years Barlow attended Cathedral High School. As a senior, he led the school to the state semifinal game and received All-American honors. He accepted a basketball scholarship from the University of Notre Dame. As a sophomore in the 1983–84 season, he contributed along with point guard David Rivers, to a runner-up finish at the 1984 National Invitation Tournament (NIT). Luca Garri (born 3 January 1982) is an Italian professional basketball player who plays for Derthona Basket of the Italian Serie A2. Professional career Garri moved to Don Bosco Livorno aged 15, loaned to Zucchetti Montecatini in 1999-00, he played for their youth team before returning to Livorno. He made his professional debut with Mabo Livorno (Don Dosco's parent club) during the 2000-01 season, in the second division Serie A2, helping the side earn a promotion. He then spent the next three seasons in the Serie A with the side. Antonio Alejandro Porta Pernigotti (born 28 October 1983) is a former Argentine-Italian professional basketball player, who lasted played with the Svendborg Rabbits in the Danish Basketball League. Preston Anthony Shumpert (20 August 1979), also known by his Turkish name of Mert Shumpert, is an American-born, naturalised-Turkish professional basketball player. He was twice named to the All-Big East first team while playing college basketball for Syracuse.
