M. A. Hannan (February 10, 1930 – June 12, 1974) was a politician of Bangladesh. Early life M. A. Hannan born in Tehat, West Bengal on 10 February 1930. His father was Maulana Muhammad Muhibur Rahman, who was a Indian National Congress, Congress politician who later joined the All-India Muslim League, Muslim League. He and his family migrated to East Bengal, Pakistan. They took up residence in Amjhupi, Meherpur District, Meherpur, Kushtia District, Kushtia district. He graduated from Dariapur High School in 1949 in Meherpur and later went to Kushtia College. He got his BA from Jagannath College. During his studies he took part in the Bengali language movement of 1952. He did further studies in Government City College, Chittagong, City College, Chittagong. Career He worked in Chartered Bank and Alfa Insurance Company. In 1964 he joined the Awami league in Chittagong. Feni District
Feni is a district located in southeastern Bangladesh. It was a part of the Greater Noakhali, Comilla, Chittagong and Tripura. , the district's estimated population stood at 1,437,371, making it the ninth-most populous district in Chittagong Division. The administrative hub of the district is in Feni City, which also serves as the headquarters of Feni Sadar Upazila in the central section of the district. Sheikh Mujibur Rahman ( bn, শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান; 17 March 1920 – 15 August 1975), often shortened as Sheikh Mujib or Mujib and widely known as Bangabandhu (meaning ''Friend of Bengal''), was a Bengalis, Bengali politician, Member of parliament, parliamentarian and the founding leader of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
