''MTV Unplugged'' is the second live album from Spanish singer-songwriter Alejandro Sanz, which turns him into the first Spanish artist in recording an unplugged for MTV, and in this opportunity he resorts to Humberto Gatica's talent as producer and arranger. This album contains an inedit song, "Y Sólo Se Me Ocurre Amarte" dedicated to his daughter Manuela, the song "Aprendiz" that Alejandro composed for the Spanish singer Malú, a different version of "Cómo Te Echo de Menos" and a flamenco song, "Todo Es de Color" by Manuel Molina. Alejandro Sanz
Alejandro Sánchez Pizarro, better known as Alejandro Sanz (; born 18 December 1968), is a Spanish musician, singer and composer. Sanz has won 22 Latin Grammy Awards and four Grammy Awards. He has received the Latin Grammy for Latin Grammy Award for Album of the Year, Album of the Year three times. The singer is notable for his flamenco-influenced ballads, and has also experimented with several other genres including pop music, pop, rock music, rock, funk, contemporary R&B, R&B and jazz. Born in Madrid to parents from Andalusia, Sanz began playing guitar at age seven, taking influence from his family's flamenco roots. Sanz released Los Chulos Son Pa' Cuidarlos, his debut album at age nineteen, although he did not gain commercial success in Spain until his second release, ''Viviendo Deprisa'' (1991). El Norte is a daily newspaper printed and distributed in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. History During the decades of the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s, El Norte gained important successes in exposing corruption in government. Due to its principles of independent journalism, the federal government cut the paper supply required to print the newspaper, so the company had to import it directly. Hammond Organ
The Hammond organ is an electric organ invented by Laurens Hammond and John M. Hanert and first manufactured in 1935. Multiple models have been produced, most of which use sliding drawbars to vary sounds. Until 1975, Hammond organs generated sound by creating an electric current from rotating a metal tonewheel near an electromagnetic pickup, and then strengthening the signal with an amplifier to drive a speaker cabinet. The organ is commonly used with the Leslie speaker. Around two million Hammond organs have been manufactured. The organ was originally marketed by the Hammond Organ Company to churches as a lower-cost alternative to the wind-driven pipe organ, or instead of a piano. A guitar technician (or 'guitar tech') is a member of a music ensemble's road crew who maintains and sets up the musical equipment for one or more guitarists. Depending on the type and size of band, the guitar tech may be responsible for stringing, tuning, and adjusting electric guitars and acoustic guitars, and maintaining and setting up guitar amplifiers and other related electronic equipment such as effect pedals. Once the guitar equipment has been set up onstage, the guitar tech does a soundcheck to ensure that the equipment is working well. If there are any problems, the guitar tech replaces or repairs the faulty components or equipment. Heitor Teixeira Pereira () (born November 29, 1960), or Heitor TP, is a Brazilian composer, songwriter, musician, arranger, and record producer. In his career, Pereira has recorded with the band Simply Red and several famous musicians, such as Elton John, Rod Stewart, k.d. lang, Milton Nascimento, and Jack Johnson; and currently works as a film score composer, as well as a musician at Hans Zimmer's studio, he is best known for being the composer of the ''Despicable Me'' franchise. A cajón (; "box", "crate" or "drawer") is a box-shaped percussion instrument originally from Peru, played by slapping the front or rear faces (generally thin plywood) with the hands, fingers, or sometimes implements such as brushes, mallets, or sticks.
