The Ministry of Foreign Affairs ( pt, Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros, MNE), is the Portuguese governmental department responsible for the formulation, coordination, and execution of the foreign policy. Naba is a Nilo-Saharan language spoken by approximately 900,000 people in Chad.
