MLW Azteca is an annual professional wrestling supercard event produced by Major League Wrestling (MLW). The first event was held as a television taping for MLW's mini series of the same name in December 2021. Several months later, the second event was held, this time as a television taping for the television program '' MLW Fusion'' in April 2022.
