MBLAQ
MBLAQ ( ko, 엠블랙, ja, エムブラック; an acronym for Music Boys Live in Absolute Quality) is a South Korean boy band created by South Korean singer Rain under J. Tune Camp. The group consists of Seungho, G.O, and Mir, and formerly Lee Joon and Thunder. The group debuted on October 15, 2009, at Rain's Legend of Rainism concert. On October 14, 2009, the group released their debut single album, ''Just BLAQ'', which topped various online and offline music charts in South Korea. The group then released their first extended play album '' Y'' on May 19, 2010, and on January 10, 2011, MBLAQ released their first studio album, ''BLAQ Style''. On December 16, 2014, it was announced Joon and Thunder had departed from the group and they will focus on individual activities for the time being. Mir (singer)
Bang Cheol-yong (born March 10, 1991), better known by his stage name Mir, is a South Korean singer, rapper, dancer, and actor. He is a member of guy group MBLAQ. He enlisted in the army on 2016. He was discharged in July 2018. Early life Mir was born in Bukha-myeon, Jangseong County , South Korea in the country side. Career MBLAQ (2009–2015) Mir is the rapper and youngest member of the group MBLAQ. In 2011, Mir had injured himself, he had to go under a spinal disc surgery, but arrived to perform with the group after being inactive due to his injury. During the time with MBLAQ, Mir wrote the lyrics to "You're my +" and "Can't Come Back" alongside G.O around the year 2011. Yang Seung-ho (; born October 16, 1987), also known as Seungho, is a South Korean idol singer, dancer, actor, and the leader of South Korean boy band MBLAQ, currently active in South Korea under Will Entertainment. Lee Chang-sun (born February 7, 1988), better known by his stage name Lee Joon, is a South Korean actor, singer, model and DJ. He is best known as a former member of the South Korean boy band MBLAQ. Park Sang-hyun ( ko, 박상현; born October 7, 1990), known by his stage name Thunder (), is a South Korean singer, songwriter, actor and model. He is a former member of South Korean boy band MBLAQ. ''BLAQ Style'' is the first full-length album by South Korean boy band MBLAQ, and was released by J.Tune Camp on January 10, 2011 at 11 AM KST. MBLAQ's title songs will include "Stay" and "Cry". A re-release of the album, retitled ''BLAQ Style - 3D Edition'', was released on February 22, 2011. Consisting a total of 16 tracks, the album contains the 13 tracks from ''BLAQ Style'', as well as 3 new tracks. Two of the three new tracks included MBLAQ's participation in its production.
