Mustafa Čengić
Mustafa Čengić, known by his nickname MuČe, is a Bosnian record producer, sound engineer, music pedagogue, and guitarist. He first found mainstream success as an original lineup member of a Bosnian garage rock band Zabranjeno Pušenje and by his stage name at the time Mujo Snažni (). Career In 1976, Čengić was a founding member and guitarist of a Sarajevo-based hard rock band Prvi čin (). In the next year, the band was disbanded with no album released. Čengić joined a Sarajevo-based garage rock band Zabranjeno Pušenje in fall 1980. As a lead guitarist, he performed on the band's first two studio albums: ''Das ist Walter'' (1984) and ''Dok čekaš sabah sa šejtanom'' (1985). In 1986, he left the band with some other members. At twenty-seven, Čengić left his career as a guitarist to devote himself to the study of sound engineering and became a record producer. ''Dok čekaš sabah sa šejtanom'' () is the second studio album by Yugoslav band Zabranjeno Pušenje released on June 11, 1985. It was released through Jugoton in SFR Yugoslavia. It is the band's first double album. Following the unexpected success of their debut album ''Das ist Walter'' (which sold more than 100,000 copies), the band's sophomore studio effort was somewhat of a commercial disappointment, selling just over 30,000 copies in Yugoslavia. The album was re-released in 2000 by Croatia Records. ''Das ist Walter'' () is the debut studio album by Yugoslav band Zabranjeno Pušenje released on April 10, 1984. It was released through Jugoton in Yugoslavia. The album title is the closing line from the 1972 partisan film ''Walter Defends Sarajevo'' and it refers to the city of Sarajevo. The first track is the theme from the film. The album recording began in November 1983 in Studio 17 that was located in record producer Mahmut Paša Ferović's house. Released by Jugoton, the record was out in limited circulation of 3,000 copies, indicative of the label's modest expectations, however, it started selling surprisingly well, eventually crossing the mark of 100,000 copies sold. Hard Rock
Hard rock or heavy rock is a loosely defined subgenre of rock music typified by aggressive vocals and distorted electric guitars. Hard rock began in the mid-1960s with the garage, psychedelic and blues rock movements. Garage rock (sometimes called garage punk or 60s punk) is a raw and energetic style of rock and roll that flourished in the mid-1960s, most notably in the United States and Canada, and has experienced a series of subsequent revivals.
