The Municipality of Postojna (; sl, Občina Postojna) is a municipality in the traditional region of Inner Carniola in southwestern Slovenia. The seat of the municipality is the town of Postojna. The municipality was established in its current form on 3 October 1994, when the former larger Municipality of Postojna was subdivided into the municipalities of Pivka and Postojna. Orehek, Postojna
Orehek (; german: Nußdorf, it, Orecca) is a village southwest of Postojna in the Inner Carniola region of Slovenia. The parish church in the settlement is dedicated to Saint Florian and belongs to the Koper Diocese. A second church is built just outside the settlement next to the cemetery and is dedicated to Saint Lawrence. Liplje (, german: Liple) is a small settlement north of Planina in the Municipality of Postojna in the Inner Carniola region of Slovenia. Geography Liplje is a scattered village below the east slope of Mount Planina (''Planinska gora'') and on the western edge of the Planina Karst Field (''Planinsko polje'') along the main road from Logatec to Planina. It includes the hamlet of Podgora north-northwest of the village core. There are some hayfields and tilled land in the karst field itself that are subject to occasional flooding. Landol
Landol (; it, Landolo) is a village in the Municipality of Postojna in the Inner Carniola region of Slovenia. Name Landol was attested in written sources as ''Landol'' in 1313 (and as ''Londol'' in 1335, ''Landovia'' in 1398, and ''Lanndaw'' in 1406).
