Snežnik Castle and Cross Cave are located in the municipality. Its municipal seat is the town of Stari Trg pri Ložu. Kozarišče
Kozarišče (, in older sources ''Kozaršče'', german: Kosarsche, it, Cosarsca) is a village south of Stari Trg pri Ložu in the Municipality of Loška Dolina in the Inner Carniola region of Slovenia. The area of the village extends south of the main settlement right to the Snežnik Plateau and to the border with Croatia. The Municipality of Cerknica (; sl, Občina Cerknica) is a Municipalities of Slovenia, municipality in the Karst Plateau, Karst region of southwestern Slovenia, with a population of 11,350 in 2012. The seat of the municipality is the town of Cerknica. It belongs to the traditional region of Inner Carniola. The best-known landmark of the municipality is Lake Cerknica, an intermittent lake and the largest lake in Slovenia, south of the town of Cerknica. Vrh (, german: Werch) is a small village south of Podgora pri Ložu, Podgora in the Municipality of Loška Dolina in the Inner Carniola region of Slovenia. Mass grave Vrh is the site of a Mass graves in Slovenia, mass grave from the period immediately after the Second World War. The Nevinje Cave Mass Grave ( sl, Grobišče Nevinje jama), also known as the Troha Woods Cave Mass Grave (), lies in the northeast foothills of Snežnik (mountain), Mount Snežnik, east of the Grajševka hunting lodge.
