''Mudface'' is the eighth solo studio album by American rapper Redman. It was released on November 13, 2015 through Gilla House Records & distributed by Universal Music Group. Recording sessions took place at Gilla House Studios. Production was handled by Boris Milanov, Desmond "Dez" Peterson, Illmind, Jahlil Beats, Labor Department, Marvel, Mike & Keys, Rick Rock, Rockwilder, Sebastian Arman, Theory Hazit, and Redman himself, who also served as executive producer. It features guest appearances from Ready Roc, Runt Dog, Stressmatic and Josh Gannet. Redman (rapper)
Reginald Noble (born April 17, 1970), better known by his stage name Redman, is an American rapper, DJ, record producer, and actor. He rose to fame in the early 1990s as an artist on the Def Jam label. He is well known for his collaborations with his close friend Method Man, as one-half of the rap duo Method Man & Redman, including their starring roles in films and sitcoms. He was also a member of the Def Squad in the late 1990s. Early life Raised in Newark, New Jersey, Redman attended Speedway Avenue School and 13th Avenue School before attending West Side High School, an experience he described as "off the hook". In 1987, Redman was expelled from Montclair State University his freshman year due to poor academic performance at age 16. Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums is a music chart published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine that ranks R&B and hip hop albums based on sales in the United States and is compiled by Nielsen SoundScan. The chart debuted as Hot R&B LPs in the issue dated January 30, 1965 in an effort by the magazine to further expand into the field of rhythm and blues music. It then went through several name changes, being known as Soul LPs in the 1970s and Top Black Albums in the 1980s, before returning to the R&B identification in 1990 and affixing a hip hop designation in 1999 to reflect the latter's growing sales and relationship to R&B during the decade. The Federation is an American hip hop group from Fairfield, California. The group was formed in 2002, composed by producer Ricardo "Rick Rock" Thomas and consists of three rappers: Anthony "Goldie Gold" Caldwell, Marvin "Doonie Baby/Doon Koon" Selmon and Thomas "Stressmatic" Jackson.
