Douglas Pipes is an American film score composer whose feature films include the Academy Award-nominated '' Monster House'', the horror film ''Trick 'r Treat'', and the Christmas comedy-horror film ''Krampus''. His brassy instrumentations have drawn comparisons to action-music composer guru Alan Silvestri and his other orchestral-music composer counterparts Michael Giacchino, J.A.C. Redford and Joel McNeely. His chance encounter with Gil Kenan at UCLA California made him the perfect composer for this soundtrack and composed the music on his short film ''The Lark''. Michael Goi
Michael Goi (born March 4, 1959) is an American cinematographer and film director. He is well known for his work on Showtimes ''Web Therapy'', and for his work with Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk on ''Glee'', '' Scream Queens'' and ''American Horror Story''. He also wrote and directed the 2011 film ''Megan Is Missing''. Career He began his career as director of photography on a short horror film directed by John Strysik, ''The Music of Erich Zann'', in 1980; and then on the comedy ''The Blues Brothers'', as a production assistant. ''Dead Girls'' is a 1990 American slasher film directed by Dennis Devine, and starring Diana Karanika, Angela Eads, Kay Schaber, and Angela Scaglione. It follows the members of a female-fronted death metal group who are stalked by a masked killer while vacationing at a mountain cabin. The film was inspired by a lawsuit brought against Ozzy Osbourne, whose song "Suicide Solution" allegedly inspired the 1984 suicide of 19-year-old John Daniel McCollum. Hanging Heart (film)
''Hanging Heart'' is a 1989 American slasher film written and directed by Jimmy Lee, and starring Barry Wyatt, Jake Henry, and Francine Lapensée. Its plot follows a stage actor who is arrested for his girlfriend's murder, followed by a series of similar slayings, while he is defended by a benefactor and attorney who is romantically obsessed with him. Sally Smith (born 19 April 1942) is a British actress born in Godalming, Surrey. Although primarily a star of both dramatic and musical theatre she appeared in several films and dozens of television shows.
