Molde FK–Rosenborg BK Rivalry
The rivalry between Molde and Rosenborg is a notable one in Norwegian football as both clubs are recognised for having great history and traditions. The rivalry had increased importance in the 1990s, as Rosenborg enjoyed the most successful period in the history of the club and Molde developed their team to become Rosenborgs biggest challenger for many seasons. From 1992 to 2004, Rosenborg became champions of Eliteserien thirteen times in succession. In the same period of time Molde won the Norwegian Cup in 1994 and finished second in the league four times (1995, 1998, 1999, 2002). The status of the rivalry increased during the 90s due to numerous fights for the title. On 8 September 1990, Rosenborg won 7–1 away which, as of 2022, still is the biggest winning margin. Petter Belsvik
Petter Belsvik (born 2 October 1967) is a Norwegian football coach and former player, who played as a striker. With 159 goals in the Norwegian Premier League he ranks third in the all-time goalscorer statistics, behind Harald Brattbakk. He never appeared for the Norwegian national team. Playing career Belsvik is a so-called journeyman footballer, with spells in many clubs. He started his career in Faaberg, and played top league football for Molde, HamKam, Start, Stabæk, Rosenborg, Vålerenga and Lillestrøm. At the end of his career as a footballer he also had a short stay at the Norwegian amateur side Heming. His impact on football abroad has been limited, with only short spells in Southend United, AaB and Austria Vienna. Mushaga Bakenga
Mushagalusa Bakenga Joar Bahati Namugunga (born 8 August 1992) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Stabæk. Career At a very young age Bakenga was spotted, his rise to the first team is testament to his undoubted ability to score goals. From the age of 13 he had averaged over 50 goals a season, with these performances linking him to Bayern Munich and Manchester City. Bakenga began his career with SK Nationalkameratene and joined Rosenborg BK in February 2007. He was on trial with Chelsea's academy in the spring. Roar Strand
Roar Strand (born 2 February 1970) is a Norwegian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder, mostly for Rosenborg. Strand was capped 42 times for the Norway national team. He is the player with the fourth-highest number of appearances in the Norwegian top division. He has won 16 league titles, more than any other player in history and the Norwegian Football Cup five times, and he has scored goals in 21 consecutive top flight seasons. Club career Strand was born in Trondheim and played for Rosenborg his whole career, except for the 1993 season when he was loaned out to Molde FK, from he made his debut in 1989 till he retired in 2010. Ullevaal Stadion
Ullevaal Stadion () is an all-seater football stadium located in Oslo, Norway. It is the home ground of the Norway national football team, and the site of the Norwegian Cup Final. From its opening in 1926 to 2009 it was the home ground of FK Lyn and from 1999 to 2017 was a home ground of Vålerenga IF. With a capacity of approximately 28,000, it is the largest football stadium in Norway. The national stadium is fully owned by the Football Association of Norway (NFF).
