Mohammad Nidal Al-Shaar
Dr. Mohammad Nidal al-Shaar ( ar, محمد نضال الشعار) (born 1956) was Minister of Economy and Trade for Syria, He left the Syrian Cabinet in June 2012. Early life, education and career Al-Shaar was born in the Aleppo in 1956. He earned a B.A. degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Aleppo in 1980, and a Ph.D. in economics from the George Washington University. From 1996 to 2001 he was a professor in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Aleppo. Excellency
Excellency is an honorific style given to certain high-level officers of a sovereign state, officials of an international organization, or members of an aristocracy. Once entitled to the title "Excellency", the holder usually retains the right to that courtesy throughout their lifetime, although in some cases the title is attached to a particular office, and is held only for the duration of that office.
