Mohammad Mohammadian
Mohammad Mohammadian ( fa, محمد محمدیان; ; born 22 June 1987) is an Iranian film director, screenwriter, photographer and producer. He became interested in cinema in his teenage years, and started his filmmaking education with the Iranian filmmaker Abbas Kiarostami, whose cinematic style has been a great influence on him. Early life and background Mohammadian was born in Isfahan. Historically also rendered in English as Ispahan, Spahan, Sepahan, Esfahan or Hispahan, is a major city in Iran, Greater Isfahan Region. He is one of Abbas Kiarostami's students, and his first artistic experience was filmmaking. Mohammadian has been active as an independent filmmaker since 2016, and his cinematic inspiration is Abbas Kiarostami and Italian neorealism. Seoul International Cartoon And Animation Festival
The Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival (SICAF, ko, 서울 국제 만화 애니메이션 페스티벌) is an annual showcase festival of animation, cartoon and related art genres held in Seoul, South Korea since 1995. It is sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the city of Seoul. The main mascots are "Bummy" (버미) the tiger (after the original Korean word "bum" (범), which means tiger) and "Tanko" (땡고추, very hot chili pepper). Green Mountain Film Festival
The Green Mountain Film Festival is an annual film event and awards show in Vermont. The first festival took place in Montpelier, Vermont in 1997. In March 1999, a second festival was held and it has been an annual March event ever since. In 2010, the festival was extended to include a series of satellite screenings in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. In 2018, the festival also hosted screenings in Essex Junction at the Essex Cinema. Background The program focuses on new work from around the world together with a few classic films.
