''For the state pageant affiliated with Miss Teen USA, see Miss Nevada Teen USA'' The Miss Nevada's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Nevada in Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant. Megan Dwyer of Elko was crowned Miss Nevada's Outstanding Teen on July 2, 2022 at Bally’s Showroom in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas, Texas on August 12, 2022 where she was a Teens in Action finalist and a recipient of an award for being a top 4 scholarship fundraiser. Miss Teen USA
Miss Teen USA is a beauty pageant formerly run, since 1983, by the Miss Universe Organization for girls aged 14–19. Unlike its sister pageants Miss Universe, which currently broadcasts on Fox and Miss USA, this pageant is webcast on the Miss Teen USA website and simulcast on mobile devices and video game consoles. The Miss Universe Organization previously operated Miss Teen USA, as well as Miss USA, until 2020 when the rights to produce both pageants were licensed to Miss USA 2008 Crystle Stewart. The parent company of all three pageants and the Miss Universe organization remains the same under the licensing agreement: JKN Metaverse Inc., a subsidiary of JKN Global Group. ''Little Women'' is a musical with a book by Allan Knee, lyrics by Mindi Dickstein, and music by Jason Howland. Miss Florida Teen USA
The Miss Florida Teen USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Florida in the Miss Teen USA pageant. Florida ties with Illinois and North Carolina for most Miss Photogenic awards (3). These were won in a successive streak from 1996 to 1998. In 2021, Florida became the 27th state that won the Miss Teen USA title for the first time. Miss Florida Teen USA and Miss Teen USA's Miss Photogenic in 1997, Cristin Duren, later became Miss Florida USA 2006 and 2004 titleholder Anastagia Pierre was later Miss Florida USA 2009. 1996 winner Kelly Gaudet later won the Miss Florida 2001 title and competed at Miss America. Miss Nevada
The Miss Nevada competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Nevada in the Miss America competition, and the name of the title held by that winner. The first Nevadan to compete at Miss America was Carol Lampe in 1949. The competition currently takes place in South Lake Tahoe. Other venues have included Reno, Elko, Las Vegas, Carson City and Mesquite. It has at various times been hosted by the Reno Lions Club and the Soroptimist club of Nevada. Minden, Nevada
Minden is a census-designated place (CDP) in Douglas County, Nevada, United States. The population was 3,001 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Douglas County and is adjacent to the town of Gardnerville. The Douglas campus of the Western Nevada College is located in Minden. History It was founded in 1906 by Heinrich Friedrich Dangberg Jr., who named it after the town of Minden, in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, which was near his father's birthplace. "No Excuses" is a song by American singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor, released on March 1, 2018, as the lead single from her third major-label studio album, ''Treat Myself'' (2020).
