Ministry Of The Budget
The Ministry of the Budget ( sv, Budgetdepartementet, B) was a ministry in Sweden established in 1976. The ministry was primarily responsible for budget regulation as well as the general administration and accounting of state funds, the state and municipal tax system. The ministry was headed by the minister for the budget. The ministry ceased to exist in 1982. History The ministry was established after the 1976 Swedish general election when the Ministry of Finance was divided into the Ministry of the Budget and the Ministry of Economics. Secretariat (administrative Office)
The secretariat of an international organization is the department that fulfils its central administrative or general secretary duties. The term is especially associated with governments and intergovernmental organizations such as the United Nations, although some non-governmental organizations (for example, the International Organization for Standardization) also refer to their administrative department as their secretariat. The building or office complex that houses such a department may also be referred to as its secretariat or secretariat building. Most secretariats of international organisations operate on the principal of extra-territoriality which means the staff are not - in their workplace - governed by the laws of the countries in which they are situated. This means the staff are governed by the staff regulations and this situation plus the requirement of most international organisations that the secretarits are multi-national in composition creates beaucratic and admin ...

State Secretary (Sweden)
State Secretary ( sv, statssekreterare) is the title of the senior political appointee, second in rank to the Cabinet Minister ( sv, Statsråd) in charge of the ministry. Unlike ministers, State Secretaries are not members of the Government. Each cabinet minister has a state secretary, who is the closest person working with the cabinet minister. Some cabinet ministers of higher rank, like the Prime Minister and the Minister for Finance, have more than one state secretary. If a minister dies or resigns, or if a government resigns, the state secretary also turns in their resignation. For historical reasons, the State Secretary in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs has another title ( sv, Kabinettssekreterare, in English literally " Cabinet Secretary"). State secretaries tend to, more often than the Ministers, hail from a fixed civil servant The civil service is a collective term for a sector of government composed mainly of career civil servants hired on professional merit rather ...
