Bagdat Batyrbekuly Musin (, ''Bağdat Batyrbekūly Musin''; born 3 March 1983) is a Kazakh politician, who's currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Kazakhtelecom since June 2024. Musin's best known for his tenure as Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan from September 2020 to April 2024 and his controversial remarks during these years, such as claiming that the internet speed of Astana overtook the one of Tokyo.
