Ministry Of Health (Bangsamoro)
The Ministry of Health (MPOS), is the regional executive department of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) for health affairs in the region. The ministry was reorganized from the former regional office of the Department of Health in the former Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). The first Minister of Public Order and Safety is Safrullah Dipatuan who was appointed by Murad Ebrahim on February 26, 2019. The position of Officer in Charge (OIC) in the context of Philippine governance refers to an official serving their position in an interim or temporary basis or even as the Caretaker or Custodian of the office. The position of OIC is distinct to an official serving in an "Acting" capacity. Murad Ebrahim
Ahod Balawag Ebrahim (born 15 May 1949), better known as Al-hajj Murad Ebrahim, is a Moro Filipino politician and former rebel leader currently serving as the first chief minister of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. As the current chairman of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front, a Moro regionalist and Islamist armed group in the southern Philippines, Ebrahim is a key figure in the Bangsamoro Peace Process in the Philippines. Saffrullah Dipatuan
Saffrullah Dipatuan is a Filipino politician, doctor, and civic leader who was a member of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority Parliament and chair of the parliament's Committee on Health. He formerly also headed the Bangsamoro Ministry of Health. Early career Dipatuan was a civic-leader based in Marawi catering to displaced people in Central Mindanao during the Moro conflict. Bangsamoro Development Agency Dipatuan was the chair of the Bangsamoro Development Agency which crafted the Bangsamoro Development Plan prior to the establishment of the Bangsamoro autonomous region.
