The Minister of Indigenous Reconciliation and Northern Relations (french: Ministre des Réconciliation avec les Autochtones et des Relations avec le Nord) is the minister of the Manitoba government responsible for the provincial Department of Indigenous Reconciliation and Northern Relations. Eileen Clarke is a Canadian provincial politician, who was elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba for the riding of Agassiz in the 2016 election. Jerry Storie
Jerry Thomas Storie (born March 23, 1950) is a politician in Manitoba, Canada. He was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1981 to 1995, and a cabinet minister in the New Democratic Party government of Howard Pawley from 1982 to 1988. He was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the son of Clifford Earl Storie and Iris Eloise Young, and was educated at Brandon University and the University of Manitoba. In 1970, Storie married Betty Louise Embury. (She died in March 2007.) They moved to Flin Flon in 1975 and he worked as a teacher and sociologist for the Flin Flon School Division before entering public life. Alan Dean Lagimodiere is a Canadian provincial politician who served as the representative for the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba for Selkirk. Oscar Lathlin (May 20, 1947 – November 1, 2008) was a politician in Manitoba, Canada, and was a cabinet minister in the New Democratic Party government of Gary Doer. Biography Life and career Lathlin was born and raised at the Opaskwayak Cree Nation in The Pas, in northern Manitoba. He attended high school at Frontier Collegiate in Cranberry Portage, graduating in 1969, and also attended Brandon University. He subsequently returned to his community, and worked as a band manager of The Pas Band. Eric Robinson (born February 5, 1953) is an Aboriginal politician in Manitoba, Canada. He was previously a member of the Manitoba legislature, and a cabinet minister in the New Democratic government of Greg Selinger. Born in Norway House, Manitoba, he was placed in a residential school at the age of five. Robinson is a member of the Cross Lake First Nation, covered under Treaty 5. Harry Myrislaw Harapiak (September 17, 1938 - November 14, 2000) was a politician in Manitoba, Canada. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1981 to 1990, and was a cabinet minister in the New Democratic Party government of Howard Pawley.
