Minister Of Foreign Affairs (Vietnam)
The Minister of Foreign Affairs is the Government of Vietnam member in charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Moreover, member of Council for National Defense and Security. Since 2007, the Minister of Foreign Affairs served as Deputy Prime Minister and member of the Politburo. However, Hoàng Minh Giám, Ung Văn Khiêm, Xuân Thủy, Nguyễn Dy Niên are not the member of Politburo. The current Vietnamese Minister of Foreign Affairs is Bùi Thanh Sơn. Bùi Thanh Sơn
Bùi Thanh Sơn (born 16 October 1962) is a Vietnamese politician who is currently the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam since 2021. Phạm Bình Minh
Phạm Bình Minh (born 26 March 1959) is a Vietnamese politician who is currently a Deputy Prime Minister since 2013. He was the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from 2011 to 2021. Phạm is also a member of Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam headed by General Secretary Nguyễn Phú Trọng. He was previously Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs from January 2009 to August 2011, and was born in Nam Định Province. He is the son of Nguyễn Cơ Thạch, a former foreign minister of Vietnam. Phạm Gia Khiêm
Phạm Gia Khiêm (born 6 August 1944) is a Vietnamese politician who was Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam from 1997 to 2011 and former Minister of Foreign Affairs (2006-2011). He was previously Minister of Science, Technology and Environment from November 1996 to September 1997, and was born in Hanoi. He was a lecturer at Bắc Thái College of Electrical Engineering from 1968 to 1970, and gained a Ph.D. in Metallurgy in Czechoslovakia in 1975. He is fluent in English, Russian and Czech. Nguyễn Thị Bình
Nguyễn Thị Bình (born Nguyễn Châu Sa; 26 May 1927) is a Vietnamese revolutionary leader, diplomat and politician who became internationally known for her role as head of the Viet Cong (NLF) delegation at the Paris Peace Conference. The only woman to sign the 1973 peace accords that ended American intervention in the Vietnam War, she served in the government of reunified Vietnam after the Fall of Saigon and later became the country's Vice President in 1992. She is the first woman in Vietnamese history to be appointed a cabinet minister. Life and work Nguyễn Thị Bình was born in 1927 in Châu Thành, Sa Đéc Province and is a granddaughter of the Nationalist leader Phan Chu Trinh.
