Mikhail Olegovich Smirnov (russian: Михаил Олегович Смирнов; born 3 June 1990) is a Russian professional football coach and a former player. He is an assistant manager of FC Fakel Voronezh. Club career He made his Russian Premier League debut on 20 August 2011 for FC Amkar Perm in a game against FC Rubin Kazan. FC Tosno (russian: ФК Тосно) was a professional Russian football club based in Tosno. On 6 May 2017, Tosno won promotion to the 2017–18 Russian Premier League for the first time after securing second place in the Russian National Football League. They were relegated after one season at the top level. On 9 June 2018 it was announced that FC Tosno was dissolved because of financial problems. History ''FC Tosno'' was officially registered in 2008 by Leonid Khomenko, then director of 'FC Era'. In 2009, FC Tosno and another amateur club, 'Ruan', were merged. The name 'Ruan' was carried by the club till late 2013. The 2019–20 Russian Football National League was the 28th season of Russia's second-tier football league since the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The season began on 7 July 2019 and ended on 15 May 2020 (last games were played on 15 March). Summary On 17 March 2020, the league was suspended until 10 April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Russia. On 1 April 2020, Russian Football Union extended the suspension until 31 May 2020. On 15 April 2020, FC Armavir dropped out of the competition due to lack of financing necessary to acquire the license for the 2020–21 season. The club was in the 12th place in the table with 30 points acquired in 27 games.
