Midway Township is a township in Cottonwood County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 219 at the 2010 census. The city of Mountain Lake is located in the township. History Midway Township was organized in 1895. The township was named for its location on the rail line halfway between Sioux City, Iowa and St. Paul, Minnesota.
