	Mid Sussex Football League The Mid Sussex Football League is an association football league formed in 1900. The league is headed by the Premier Division which is at level eleven of the English football league system and member clubs are based in East Sussex, West Sussex and south-eastern Surrey. Current sponsors are Gray Hooper Holt LLP and the league is currently known as the Gray Hooper Holt LLP Mid Sussex League. History The league was founded in 1900, made up of seven founder clubs: Ardingly, Burgess Hill, Crawley, Cuckfield, Haywards Heath, Hurstpierpoint and Three Bridges. League rules stipulated clubs had to be from within a twelve-mile radius of Haywards Heath, where the league was founded. 	Mid Sussex District Mid Sussex is a local government district in the English non-metropolitan county of West Sussex, within the historic county of Sussex. It contains the towns of East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. The district was created on 1 April 1974 from parts of East Sussex: the urban districts of Cuckfield, Burgess Hill, and East Grinstead and nearly all of Cuckfield Rural, the far north-west of which was transferred to Crawley. The district borders the Tandridge district of Surrey to the north, Wealden and Lewes districts to the east, and Brighton and Hove to the south, all in East Sussex, and Horsham district to the west and Crawley, northwest, equally in West Sussex. 	Mid Sussex (UK Parliament Constituency) Mid Sussex is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament from 2019 by Mims Davies, a Conservative. She is currently a minister in the Department for Work and Pensions. Constituency profile The constituency is in the north east of West Sussex bordering East Sussex, containing relatively small villages and the towns of East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, all of which have green buffers preventing them from being contiguous and rail connections to Brighton, London Gatwick Airport and the City of London. picture info	Arun Valley Line The Arun Valley line, also known as the Mid Sussex line, is part of the Southern- and Thameslink-operated railway services. For the initial part of the route trains follow the Brighton Main Line, and at a junction south of Three Bridges the route turns westwards. It then runs via Crawley, Horsham (where there is a junction with the Portsmouth Line) and Arundel, before meeting the West Coastway line at ''Arundel Junction''. Trains on the Arun Valley line then proceed to either Bognor Regis, Portsmouth Harbour or Southampon Central Many stations on this line retain the short platforms which were originally built, not being extended by the Southern Railway when the line was modernised in the 1930s. 	More Radio Mid-Sussex More Radio Mid-Sussex, formerly Bright FM, is an Independent Local Radio station serving Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Lewes and surrounding areas. It is owned and operated by Total Sense Media and broadcasts from studios in Worthing, as part of a network of stations across Sussex. Recent history In 2005, Bright FM launched a second transmitter on 106.8 FM, extending its service to Lewes. In April 2008, the station became part of Media Sound Holdings, following a merger with neighbouring radio station Worthing-based Splash FM. In June 2009, Media Sound Holdings added Arrow FM in Hastings and Sovereign FM in Eastbourne to their group from TLRC.
