Michele Dalton
Michele Kathryn Dalton (born November 5, 1988) is an American professional soccer goalkeeper, who currently plays for Apollon Ladies of the Cypriot First Division. Early life Dalton was three-time all-conference, all-area and all-sectional selection at John Hersey High School. She played her youth club soccer for Chicago Eclipse Select during the 2006–2008 seasons. Prior to that, she played for a small, local club Mount Prospect Green and White S.C. from 1993 to 2006. University of Wisconsin Michele Dalton attended University of Wisconsin between 2007 and 2011. As a starter between 2009 and 2011, she recorded 5528 minutes in 58 matches, with 54 goals against at an average of 0.879 per match, 29 wins and 13 ties. Chicago Red Stars
The Chicago Red Stars are a professional women's soccer club based in Bridgeview, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. A founding member of the Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) league, they have played in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) since 2013. WPS was the NWSL's predecessor as the professional women's soccer league in the United States, and the Red Stars played in the WPS in 2009 and 2010. After leaving the WPS in December 2010 due to the league's financial issues, the club joined the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) for the 2011 season. In 2012, the Red Stars co-founded and played in Women's Premier Soccer League Elite (WPSL-E): a one-year league which bridged the WPS and the NWSL. Apollon Ladies FC is a women's football team from Limassol, Cyprus, established in 2007. It is the leading club in the country, having won nine consecutive doubles. It is associated with men's side Apollon Limassol. Apollon made headlines after beating two-times European champion Umeå IK in their second appearance in the Champions League. This is regarded as one of the biggest surprises in European women's football. Apollon reached the Round of 32, where it was knocked out by Zvezda Perm. Sabrina D'Angelo
Sabrina Victoria D'Angelo (born May 11, 1993) is a Canadian professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Women's Super League club Arsenal and the Canada national team. D'Angelo was selected 21st overall in the 2015 NWSL College Draft by the Western New York Flash and is one of the few Canadian soccer players drafted directly from college. Early life D'Angelo was born to Gerry and Bonnie D'Angelo in Welland, Ontario. She has an older brother, Derek. The Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) is an amateur women's soccer league in the United States and Canada. It is the top amateur league for women's soccer in the United States soccer pyramid, below only National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
