''Mi Amigo'' (Spanish: ''My Friend'') was originally a three-masted cargo schooner, that later gained international recognition as an offshore radio station. She was built as the schooner ''Margarethe'' for German owners. A sale in 1927 saw her renamed ''Olga'' and she was lengthened in 1936. During the Second World War, she was requisitioned by the Kriegsmarine and served as an auxiliary ship between 1941 and 1943. In 1953, the ship was again lengthened to . In 1959, she was sold for conversion to a floating radio station and was renamed ''Bon Jour''. Subsequently, she was renamed ''Magda Maria'' in 1961 and ''Mi Amigo'' in 1962. She served, intermittently, as a radio ship, until 1980, when she sank in a gale. The ''Mi Amigo'' memorial is a war memorial at Endcliffe Park, Sheffield, England, marking the World War II crash site of the USAAF B-17 Flying Fortress ''Mi Amigo''. Air crash On 22 February 1944, the USAAF B-17 Flying Fortress aircraft ''Mi Amigo'', from the 364th Bomber Squadron, based at Chelveston, Northamptonshire, was returning from a bombing mission over Aalborg, Denmark, during which it was heavily damaged by enemy fighter aircraft. Around 5 pm, engines faltering, it emerged out of low clouds and crashed in the park. The entire crew (pilot 1st Lt. John Kriegshauser, copilot 2nd Lt. Lyle Curtis, navigator 2nd Lt. The album is follow-up to ''Viva el prÃncipe'' in which he pays a tribute to José José whom Castro considers his musical idol. The album consists of ten tracks. ''Mi amigo Hugo'' is a Venezuelan TV movie, television documentary produced by Venezuelan national broadcaster TeleSur and directed by the US-American Oliver Stone, a friend of Hugo Chávez, about the late President of Venezuela, President after his death. Production The documentary is a short look at the intimate life of Chávez, featuring interviews with his family, friends, and other Latin American politicians. Stone features in much of the film, conversing and embracing Chávez around different sites in Venezuela, with other notable people, like Fidel Castro, Nicolás Maduro, José Vicente Rangel, and ElÃas Jaua, making smaller appearances.
