Enrico Berrè (born 10 November 1992) is an Italian right-handed sabre fencer, two-time team European champion, 2015 team world champion, and 2021 team Olympic silver medalist. Matyas Szabo (born 19 August 1991) is a Romanian-born Hungarian-German fencer, team World champion in 2014. Career Szabo is the eldest son of Vilmos Szabó, bronze medallist at the 1984 Summer Olympics in men's team sabre, and Réka Zsófia Lázár, bronze medallist at the 1992 Summer Olympics and silver medallist at the 1996 Summer Olympics in women's team foil, both from Brașov and members of the Hungarian minority in Romania. When he was two years old, his parents moved to Germany and became fencing coaches at TSV Bayer Dormagen. Szabo began fencing at the age of four because his parents' occupation had him practically live on the piste. Eli Dershwitz (born September 23, 1995) is an American left-handed sabre fencer, four-time individual Pan American champion, and two-time Olympian. In 2014, Dershwitz won the US Men's Saber National Championship, becoming the youngest US senior men's saber championship holder. Dershwitz then won the 2015 Junior World Fencing Championships in saber, becoming the inaugural U.S. men's saber fencer to win a world title. He is a four-time Pan-American Championship title holder, and the 2015 Pan American Games champion in saber. Dershwitz competed in fencing at the 2016 Summer Olympics. He returned to Harvard University as a sophomore, winning individual saber in the 2017 NCAA Fencing Championship and as a junior in the 2018 NCAA Fencing Championship. He won a silver medal in saber at the 2018 World Fencing Championships. He was ranked #1 in the United States as of February 2018, and was ranked #1 in the world as of July 2018.

Boiko won the silver medal in the sabre team event at the 2006 World Fencing Championships after losing to France in the final. Vincent Anstett (born 26 July 1982) is a French sabre fencer. Anstett's greatest accomplishment is winning the gold medal in the sabre team event at the 2006 World Fencing Championships after beating Ukraine in the final. He accomplished this with his teammates Nicolas Lopez, Julien Pillet and Boris Sanson.
