War (originally called Eric Burdon and War) is an American funk/rock/soul band from Long Beach, California, known for several hit songs (including "Spill the Wine", "The World Is a Ghetto", "The Cisco Kid", " Why Can't We Be Friends?", "Low Rider", and " Summer"). "Change" is a song by English post-punk band Killing Joke that appeared on the US release of Killing Joke (1980 album), their 1980 self-titled debut album. The song bears a resemblance to the War (American band), War song "Me and Baby Brother", which Killing Joke have acknowledged.
