Bryant Douglas McKinnie (born September 23, 1979) is a former American football offensive tackle. He played college football at the University of Miami, where he was twice recognized as an All-American. He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings with the seventh overall selection in the 2002 NFL Draft. In addition to the Vikings, McKinnie played for the Baltimore Ravens and the Miami Dolphins in the National Football League (NFL). Early years McKinnie was born in Woodbury, New Jersey. He attended and played high school football at Woodbury High School in Woodbury, New Jersey. College career McKinnie played college football for two years at Lackawanna College in Scranton, Pennsylvania. There, he gained 70 pounds and switched from his high school position as a defensive lineman to offensive tackle. Alfonzo McKinnie (born September 17, 1992) is an American professional basketball player for the Capitanes de Ciudad de México of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for Eastern Illinois University and University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. Early life and high school career McKinnie grew up on Chicago's West Side. Growing up just in East Garfield Park only about 15 minutes from the United Center, he describes himself as an enthusiastic supporter of the Chicago Bulls in youth. McKinnie played his first two years of high school basketball at Chicago's Curie Metropolitan High School. Miriam McKinnie (May 22, 1906– October 22, 1987) also known as Miriam McKinnie Hofmeier, was an American artist. Education McKinnie was born in Evanston, Illinois. She attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Minneapolis (MN) School of Fine Art and the Kansas City Art Institute, Kansas City, Missouri. She was a student of Anthony Angarola. Mural commissions Murals were produced from 1934 to 1943 in the United States through the Section of Painting and Sculpture, later called the Section of Fine Arts, of the United States Department of the Treasury, Treasury Department.
