He is the son-in-law of Don Curtis, who owns the Curtis Media Group, which owns a number of radio stations in the Triangle area. WBBB (96.1 FM "96.1 BBB"), is an adult hits radio station based in Raleigh, North Carolina, owned by Curtis Media Group. The outlet, which is owned by Curtis Media Group, claims to have the largest FM radio signal in all of North Carolina, operating with an ERP of 100 kW.
