Maxie Jones is a fictional character from the ABC soap opera ''General Hospital''. She is the eldest daughter of supercouple Frisco Jones and Felicia Cummings, raised most of her life by Mac Scorpio. The role was first portrayed by Robyn Richards for eleven years, from 1993 to 2004. The role was then recast with Kirsten Storms. Max Everitt Rosenbloom (November 6, 1906 – March 6, 1976) was an American professional boxer, actor, and television personality. Nicknamed "Slapsie Maxie", he was inducted into '' The Ring's'' Boxing Hall of Fame in 1972, the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 1984, the World Boxing Hall of Fame in 1985, and the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1993. Peggy Joan Maxie (born August 18, 1936) is an American former politician in the state of Washington. Maxie was the first African-American woman elected to the Washington House of Representatives, serving the 37th district from 1971 to 1983. She was the prime sponsor the Landlord-Tenant Act in Washington state. Representing the Central District, Seattle, along with parts of Capitol Hill and Downtown, she worked to preserve her district and the representation of Central District in the legislature. She was defeated in the primary election for her seat in 1981 by Gary Locke. Leslie Maxie (born January 4, 1967, in San Francisco, California) is a retired American track and field athlete and subsequently a television broadcast journalist. While attending Mills High School, she set the still standing World Youth Best of 55.20 seconds in the 400 metre hurdles on June 9, 1984, while finishing second at the 1984 TAC USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, held at nearby San Jose City College. Maxie competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics, running 56.10 seconds to finish a non-qualifying 5th place in the heat of the 400 hurdles. Maxie D. Dunnam (1934-) is a United Methodist Church minister, evangelist, Bible commentator and writer. He is a past president of World Methodist Council. Maxie Foy Williams (June 28, 1940 – July 7, 2009) was an American football offensive lineman in the American Football League and the National Football League. He was drafted by the Houston Oilers in the 10th round of the 1965 AFL Draft and also played for the Miami Dolphins. Williams played college football at Southeastern Louisiana.
