Matías Nicolás Rodríguez (, born 14 April 1986) is an Argentine naturalized Chilean former professional footballer who played as a right-back or right midfielder. Club career After years spending in Boca Juniors academy, he moved Ecuadorian Serie A club Aucas in mid-2006 (after fail joined on trial to Barcelona de Guayaquil), where scored three goals in 13 league matches, which his transfer fee was appraised in US$1 million, because their well performances. Matías Ezequiel Rodríguez (born 10 August 1987) is an Argentine footballer who plays as a forward. Career Rodríguez started his senior career with Newell's Old Boys of the Argentine Primera División. He failed to make an appearance for the first-team, but did spend a season out on loan with Talleres in Torneo Argentino A. Rodríguez left Newell's in 2010 and subsequently joined Peruvian Torneo Descentralizado side Colegio Nacional Iquitos. He made his professional debut in a 1–1 draw with José Gálvez on 14 August 2010. Matías Ezequiel Rodríguez (born 29 March 1993) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Alvarado. Career Rodríguez began with Chacarita Juniors, with whom he made his debut with in February 2013 against Godoy Cruz in the Copa Argentina. He also made four league appearances in 2012–13, prior to twenty-three in 2013–14 as well as scoring his first two career goals versus Flandria and Nueva Chicago respectively. Sixteen appearances came in Chacarita's promotion-winning season of 2014 to Primera B Nacional, while twenty arrived three years later in 2016–17 as the club were promoted to the Argentine Primera División. His top-flight debut came against Tigre on 10 September 2017. He signed a new contract with them days later.
