Matthew Hoffman is an American television personality, host, Broadway investor and narrator. He was born on Long Island, New York. He is best known for being the narrator and co-writer of Love Island (American TV series), Love Island USA for over 125 episodes on CBS and Netflix and Laid Bare on Paramount+. He has also served as an on-screen personality, correspondent, or host for television programs such as ABC News, Extra (American TV program), Extra, and the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, along with interview shows such as Regal Cinemas’ "Sit Down with the Stars." Long Island is a densely populated island in the southeastern region of the U.S. state of New York, part of the New York metropolitan area. With over 8 million people, Long Island is the most populous island in the United States and the 18th-most populous in the world.
