Matt G. Siebert (March 11, 1883 – October 26, 1961) was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. Biography Siebert was born on March 11, 1883, in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. He was married to Carolina J. Lager. Siebert died on October 26, 1961, and is buried in Wilmot, Wisconsin. Career Siebert was a member of the Assembly twice. First, from 1935 to 1936 and second, from 1939 to 1946. He was also an unsuccessful candidate for the Assembly in 1948. Additionally, Siebert was Chairman of Salem, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, and a member of the Kenosha County, Wisconsin Board. Matthew Scott "Matt" Giraud (born May 11, 1985) is an American singer-songwriter, musician, and the fifth place finalist of the eighth season of the reality television series ''American Idol''. He was the first recipient of the Judges' Save. Early life Giraud was born in Dearborn, Michigan, but was raised in Ypsilanti and graduated from Lincoln High School in 2003. He is the son of Daniel Giraud and Kami Zoltanski, and has a sister, April. He started as a drummer, playing and singing in church in Ypsilanti. Wisconsin State Assembly
The Wisconsin State Assembly is the lower house of the Wisconsin Legislature. Together with the smaller Wisconsin Senate, the two constitute the legislative branch of the U.S. state of Wisconsin. Representatives are elected for two-year terms, elected during the fall elections. If a vacancy occurs in an Assembly seat between elections, it may be filled only by a special election. The Wisconsin Constitution limits the size of the State Assembly to between 54 and 100 members inclusive. Since 1973, the state has been divided into 99 Assembly districts apportioned amongst the state based on population as determined by the decennial census, for a total of 99 representatives. Wilmot (also Gilead) is a residential and business community in the village of Salem Lakes, Wisconsin, Salem Lakes in southwestern Kenosha County, Wisconsin, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, United States. Salem Lakes, formerly the town of Salem and the village of Silver Lake, is a village in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, United States. The village was created by a municipal merger on February 14, 2017.
