Mark Peters (footballer, Born 1972)
Mark Peters (born 6 July 1972) is a Welsh former professional footballer who played as a defender. He made over 230 appearances in the Football League. Career Playing career Peters began his career as a trainee at Manchester City in 1990 before spending the 1992–93 season at Norwich City. He moved to Peterborough United in August 1993, where he made his first team debut in 1993. Spells at Mansfield Town and Rushden & Diamonds between 1994 and 2003 yielded over 200 appearances with 18 goals. He joined Rushden in May 1999 and helped them win the Conference National title in 2001 and to promotion to Division Two (now League One) in 2003. He was released by Rushden in September 2003 when his contract was cancelled by mutual consent, and joined Leyton Orient. Peters spent two seasons with Leyton Orient, where after being a regular in his first season, he only made one start in the 2004–05 season before joining Aldershot Town on a one-month loan in November 2004. Mark William Peters (born 4 October 1983) is an English retired footballer who played as a forward. He began his career as a youth at Southampton, before transferring to Brentford, where he made appearances in the Football League. Following his departure in 2004, Peters embarked on a nomadic career in non-League football. He was capped by England C at international level in 2006. Playing career Southampton Peters began his career with Premier League club Southampton at the age of 11 and signed his first professional contract in October 2000. He scored 32 goals for the youth team during the 2000–01 season. Despite earning comparisons to Alan Shearer, Peters never made an appearance for the first team and a broken ankle suffered in 2001 hindered his progress. Peters departed the club in February 2002. Mark Peters (born 21 July 1975) is an English musician, songwriter and producer who has mainly created music for the band Engineers. He has also collaborated with the electronic musician Ulrich Schnauss on three albums; '' Underrated Silence'', ''Tomorrow Is Another Day''. and ''Destiny Waiving''. In December 2017, Peters released his debut solo album, '' Innerland'', In April 2019, Peters released a reworked version of his solo debut album, titled '' New Routes out of Innerland''.
