Mark Leonard (footballer)
Mark Anthony Leonard (born 27 September 1962) is an English former professional footballer who was a striker for a number of Football League clubs. Leonard was born in St Helens. He started his career with non-league side Witton Albion in 1981. Over the next 18 years he played more than 400 league games scoring nearly 100 goals at a number of teams across the North West of England as well as Bradford City. It was at Bradford where he spent the longest spell of his career and he was part of the team that nearly earned promotion to the top flight in 1987–88. He scored 29 goals in 157 appearances at Bradford City. In 1993–94, Leonard was part of the Chester City side that were promoted as runners-up in Football League Division Three, in his only season with the club. It was the first of three successive clubs he played for under manager Graham Barrow. A knee injury at the last of these, Rochdale, ended his career. After 19 years as a professional football ...

Richmond Hill Explosion
The Richmond Hill explosion took place on November 10, 2012, in the Richmond Hill subdivision in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The home of Monserrate Shirley was the center of the explosion that resulted in the deaths of next-door neighbors John "Dion" Longworth and his wife Jennifer (née Buxton), the injuries of seven others, and $4 million in property damage. Prosecutors alleged that the natural gas explosion was intentionally set to collect insurance money. Shirley, her boyfriend Mark Leonard, and three others were convicted and sentenced to prison on various charges, including felony murder for Leonard. Explosion At about 11:10 p.m., on November 10, 2012, a large explosion occurred in Richmond Hill, a subdivision on the southeast side of Indianapolis. Mark Hugo Leonard (born August 27, 1974) is a British political scientist and author. He is the director of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), which he founded in 2007. He has been writing for Project Syndicate, an international media organization, since 2004. Early life and education Mark Leonard is the son of Dick Leonard, the writer and journalist, and Irène Heidelberger-Leonard, a professor of German literature. His sister is Miriam Leonard, a professor of Greek and Latin. Leonard was a pupil of the European School, Brussels I (ESBI) from where he graduated with a European Baccalaureate. Leonard graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, where he read social and political sciences. He was chairman of the Cambridge Organisation of Labour Students (now the Cambridge Universities Labour Club) in 1994–5.
