Mark Davis (born October 11, 1963) is a professional sport fisherman of the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society (B.A.S.S.) and is one of only two anglers to have won the B.A.S.S. Angler of the Year and the Bassmasters Classic tournament in the same year. Biography Davis was born in Mount Ida, Arkansas. He has competed in 234 tournaments, and had five first-place finishes and forty-five top ten finishes. Mark Steven Davis (born 1962) is the Chief United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Education and career Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, Davis attended Longwood College (now Longwood University) in Farmville, VA, transferring to and receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia in 1984, and a Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1988. He was a law clerk for Judge John A. MacKenzie of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia from 1988 to 1989. He was in private practice in Virginia from 1989 to 2003. Mark Davis is an Australian investigative journalist and lawyer, best known for his work on ''Dateline'' for SBS TV, where he is currently a co-presenter and video journalist. Davis was educated at Warrandyte Primary School and then St Kevin's College in Melbourne.
