Marcelo Henrique França de Siqueira (born 23 May 1994), commonly known as Marcelinho, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for Juventus as a forward. Club career Born in Suzano, Marcelinho graduated from Portuguesa's youth setup. He made his first-team debut on 11 May 2012, coming on as a late substitute in a 0–2 loss at Bahia, for that year's Copa do Brasil. On 2 November 2013 Marcelinho made his Série A debut, starting in a 1–2 loss at São Paulo. He scored his first goal as a senior on 17 May 2015, in a 1–2 Série C away loss against Londrina. Suzano
Suzano is a municipality in São Paulo state, Brazil. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo. The population is 300,559 (2020 est.) in an area of 206.24 km². The elevation is 749 m. Suzano has a large Japanese Brazilian population. It consists of a large downtown area surrounded by residential areas. There are three main roads that travel through the downtown section. One of them is a one-way street (northbound), and two are one-way streets (southbound). It was named after the engineer who built the train station. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série C is the third tier of the Brazilian football league system. Unlike the first and second divisions, the Série C is not played in a double round robin system, arguably because many participating teams lack the financial conditions to travel long distances. Thus, the tournament is organized in regional groups and the table prevents teams from distant states from playing each other in the initial rounds. Until 2008, any professional team could apply, but only 64 teams would take part in the tournament.
