Mancini (Brazilian Footballer)
Alessandro Faiolhe Amantino (; born 1 August 1980 in Ipatinga, Brazil), more commonly known as Mancini (), is a Brazilian football coach and former player. Mancini started his career playing as a right-back for Atlético Mineiro in 1999. After moving to Italy in 2003, he was converted into an attacking player. During his time with A.S. Roma, Mancini was famed for his dribbling skills and use of feints, especially his step-overs, playing mainly as a winger on either flank, and occasionally as a second striker and an attacking midfielder. At international level, he made nine appearances for Brazil between 2004 and 2008, and was a member of the squad that won the 2004 Copa América. Step Over
The step over (also known as the ''pedalada'', the ''denílson'', or the ''scissors'', or the ''roeder shuffle'') is a dribbling move, or feint, in association football, used to fool a defensive player into thinking the offensive player, in possession of the ball, is going to move in a direction they do not intend to move in. According to one source, the move was invented by Argentine striker Pedro Calomino in the early 1900s, and was first used in Europe by Dutch player Law Adam, who was famous for it in the late 1920s/early 1930s, which earned him the nickname "Adam the Scissorsman". It was later also used in Italy by Amedeo Biavati in the 1930s and was used by former Newcastle United player Glenn Roeder in the 1980s. 2006–07 UEFA Champions League
The 2006–07 UEFA Champions League was the 15th season of UEFA's premier European club football tournament, the UEFA Champions League, since it was rebranded from the European Cup, and the 52nd season overall. The final was contested by Milan and Liverpool on 23 May 2007. Fabio Capello (; born 18 June 1946) is an Italian former professional football manager and player. As a player, Capello represented SPAL 1907, Roma, Milan and Juventus. He played as a midfielder and won several trophies during his career which lasted over 15 years. He won the Coppa Italia with Roma in 1969, though he was most successful with Juventus, winning three Serie A titles in 1972, 1973 and 1975. With Milan, he won the Coppa Italia again in 1977 and also won another Serie A in 1979. Capello also played internationally for Italy during his career, amassing 32 caps and scoring 8 goals.
