Mamoru Yamaguchi (born May 29, 1977) is a Japanese mixed martial arts, mixed martial artist who competes in Pancrase. He is the former List of Shooto Champions#Bantamweight Championship, Shooto Bantamweight (123 lb) Champion, former List of Shooto Champions#Featherweight Championship, Shooto Featherweight (132 lb) Champion, former List of Pancrase champions, Pancrase Flyweight Champion, as well as a former List of KOTC champions, King of the Cage Junior Flyweight Champion. Mamoru is known for his counter striking and his trilogy with the former Shooto Flyweight (MMA), Bantamweight Champion Shinichi Kojima. King of the Cage (KOTC) is a mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion based in Southern California, United States. History KOTC was founded in 1998 by Terry Trebilcock. Junji Ikoma ()is a retired Japanese mixed martial artist from Osaka, Japan, who competed in the strawweight and flyweight division. Yasuhiro Urushitani
is a Japanese mixed martial artist competing in the flyweight division. Urushitani held the Shooto bantamweight championship from 2010 to 2012 before vacating it to sign with the UFC. He was among the first flyweight fighters to fight in the UFC, Urushitani is currently signed to One Fighting Championship. Baret Yoshida (born April 26, 1975) is an American mixed martial artist. He competed in the bantamweight and featherweight divisions. Biography Yoshida was born in Hawaii. He started training Jiu Jitsu in 1994 at Relson Gracie’s academy. In 1999, Yoshida switched to the Inoue brother’s gym, led by Egan and Enson Inoue. Jin Akimoto
Jin Akimoto (born April 7, 1971; ) is a retired Japanese mixed martial artist. He competed in the Bantamweight and Flyweight divisions. He spent the entirety of his career, barring one fight, in Shooto. Between 2000 and 2004 he was ranked as one of the best bantamweights in the world.
